Raúl Yáñez is an entrepreneur and creator of culinary concepts with a distinguished career in Chile’s restaurant and bar industry. He has led and developed landmark projects such as 040 Restaurante, Room 09 Bar, Olam Restaurante and Nkiru Bar, contributing to culinary concepts and experiences recognized nationally and internationally.
He is the founder of The Loft Santiago, an exclusive space dedicated to classic cocktails and wine culture, whose work has earned major international distinctions, including recognition from Wine Spectator and Star Wine List.
His career is tied to projects that have gained visibility on major international platforms such as The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, 50 Best Discovery, Tripadvisor and Condé Nast Traveller, with distinctions that include multiple ranking appearances and recognition among the world’s best rooftops.
His experience combines entrepreneurial vision, culinary concept development, restaurant leadership, bar culture and operations, with deep industry knowledge and a sharp focus on quality and identity in every project.
Today, as a partner at Yáñez & Curaz, he brings his experience and culinary vision to new concepts, consulting and hospitality projects, aiming to raise industry standards and create proposals with a distinct identity.

Carolina has an international career in hospitality, gastronomy and event production across Chile, New York and Miami. With more than eight years in the U.S. hotel and culinary industry, she has worked at renowned venues such as Hilton Hotels, The Knickerbocker Hotel in Manhattan and Riviera Dining Group in Miami.
Her experience includes coordinating and producing corporate events for major international companies such as Bank of America, EY, JPMorgan, American Express, Salesforce and Nasdaq.
Her profile combines excellence in hospitality, operations, team leadership and the creation of high-level culinary and corporate experiences.
A former Chilean national basketball player and high-performance athlete, she has built a leadership approach grounded in discipline, commitment and teamwork. Her background as a Physical Education teacher and coach complements her holistic approach to people and experience management.
Today, through Yáñez & Curaz, she brings her international experience, strategic vision and passion for detail to design and produce memorable events and experiences, connecting hospitality, gastronomy and service excellence.
